Q) What are the charges required to use this site?
Ans) MillionInOne is a freebie, i.e, no charges are required for its usage. The only cost you have to incur is the internet usage charges and if you are using it from your mobile device, charges associated with internet usage determined by your mobile service provider.

Q) What is the minimum age required to use this site?
Ans) Eligible age to sign up for MillionInOne is thirteen (13) years of age or older.

Q) What are the MillionInOne invitation emails from friends?
Ans) Your friend invites you to join MillionInOne via these invitation-emails. MillionInOne allows members to send invites to their contacts by entering an email address or by uploading their contacts. You can also use these invitation-emails for getting started through registration process.

Q) How to sign up for MillionInOne?
Ans) Enter your full details (First & Last name, Email address, desired Password, Gender, Birth date) in sign-up form, on clicking to Sign-up button, your account will be created. An email will send to the address you provided, clicking on the CONFIRMATION LINK sign up process will get completed.

Q) What are the criteria to make password strong?
Ans) To make your password strong enough, keep its length at-least up to 6 characters, make it a complex string using numbers, letters and punctuation marks. Try to use uppercase and lowercase letters both to make it more stronger.

Ans) Primarily make sure that no one else is logged into your account.

Q) Why I am receiving "incorrect password" error message?
Ans) This might happen due to following reasons:
Your caps lock key in On.
The password you are trying is wrong. Try to reset your password using FORGET YOUR PASSWORD?.

Q) What to do if I am getting "Invalid link" error message when i tried to reset my password?
Ans) In case you are receiving "Invalid Link" error message, try following measures:
Copy and paste the full link from the email you received into your web browser's address bar and hit enter.
If that also did not work, request a new password and wait 24 hours before requesting a new one.

Ans) To reset your password:
1.Hit MillionInOne logo.
2.Click Account Setting.
3.Scroll down Password icon, fill

Q) What to do if I forget my password?
Ans) You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the log in page. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Q) I have received "Password reset link" email but I didn't request for the one?
Ans) It might happen that you are receving password reset email instead being not requested by you because someone might have either entered your email address accidentally or deliberatly to log in your account. As long as you do not click on the link contained in that particular mail, no such changes will be done. It is adviced that if you receive such mails, delete those mails thereitself in order to keep your account safe and secure.

Confirm an email address on your account
Q) How to do email confirmation process?
Ans) In order to complete the sign-up process, you need to confirm that you own the email address you used to set up an account. This process helps to make sure that the account information is sent to right owner. Click on the link in MillionInOne's sign up confirmation mail, to complete the sign up process.

Q) What will happen to my account if it stays unconfirmed?
Ans) You can log in to your MillionInOne account only when you will complete the confirmation process. After few days if it stays unconfirmed, you can't access that account.

Q) Why do I receive a confirmation mail from MillionInOne?
Ans) As soon as you will sign up for MillionInOne account or update your email address to existing account, an confirmation email will be send. This helps to make sure that you own the email address connected to your MillionInOne account. For the confirmation all you need to do is to click on link inside that email.
If in any case you haven't applied for signup process, you can simply deactivate the account made in connection to your email address by clicking on deactivating link in that mail.

Q) What to do if I am receiving an error message while confirming my account?
Ans) Please try copying and pasting the full link you received into your address bar. Some email clients will separate the link onto several lines, so be sure to copy the entire link. If this doesn't work, go to your Account Settings page and click Resend Confirmation Email.

Q) How do I add friends?
Ans) Their is a search bar at top of any MillionInOne page, using which you can search your friend's profile. Find the profile of your friend and click on Add Friend button of their profile.Once the request is confirmed by the conserned person, that person's profile will start appearing on your friend list.

Q) How do I will come to know that someone have sent me friend request?
Ans) As soon as you will log in to your account, on top of every page their is present an icon for viewing friend request. Click on that icon, a list will be displayed briefing about the people who sent you request.

Q) How to remove or cancel a friend request?
Ans) Visit that person's profile.
Hover over the Friend Request Sent button at the top of the page.
Click Cancel Request.

Q) What will happen if I delete the friend request?
Ans) If you delete a friend request, the request is removed from your Requests page. The sender won't know that you've deleted the request. However, the sender may send you another request in the future.

Q) How do I control who can add me as a friend?
Ans) By default, anyone on MillionInOne can send you a friend request. In order to modify who can send you friend requests:
1.Click the Settings menu at the top right of any MillionInOne page and choose Privacy Settings.
2.Next to the Friend Request heading, choose from Everyone, Friends Only, Acquaintances (as per your wish).
3.Click on "Save Settings", to set the privacy changes.

Q) What are friend suggestions?
Ans) Friend Suggestions shows about the people you are likely to know. Usually it suggests people who are friends of your friends. This will be shown on the basis of

Removing Friends
Q) How do I unfriend or delete a friend?
Ans) To unfriend someone: Go to that person's profile In the right most column, just below the person's profile picture, there is an option UNFRIEND.
Click UNFRIEND A pop-up box will appear, asking for the confirmation. Click on Remove Friend.
If you choose to unfriend someone, you will be removed from that person's friends list as well. If you want to be friends with this person again, you'll need to send a new friend request.

Q) If I Unfriend someone, will they be notified?
Ans) No, but all friend links are reciprocal, so you will be removed as a friend from their friend list as well.

Q) How do I delete a friend request i have recieved?
Ans) On the Requests page, you can delete pending friend requests as well as hidden friend requests.

Q) Where do my privacy settings reside?
Ans) To get to your privacy settings, click on Setting menu at the top right of any MillionInOne page, and choose Privacy Settings from drop down list. This page contains a group of general controls for your MillionInOne account, such as who can send you friend requests and messages, who can see your photos and videos, etc.
